Some years ago, a favorite daily read of mine was something called Ye Olde Magick Blogge. It was written by a young man showing perceptions far beyond his years, I thought. The blog died an untimely death and I lost track. I recently ran across him on another forum and he has produced a beginners card magic book called The Jolly Almanac of Card Knavery. Totally free.

Here's the link to read about it and download it. I think itis very worthwhile.

Enjoy! or Not!

Another free book of interest is Magic in Mind. A compendium of theory article compiled by Josh Jay. Contributions from Derren Brown, Teller, and Juan Tamariz , John Carney, Darwin Ortiz, Tommy Wonder, Pit Hartling, Rene Lavand, Tom Stone, and nearly thirty other magic luminaries?
If you like theory (I do) this is a great free resource.

I never understood why this didn't get more play. It's quite a resource. Over 500 pages.

I agree! A wonderful set of insightful articles. I haven't gone through all of them yet, but do love to open the ebook and read a couple now and then.

Magic in Mind is great. I've been through it twice already and am about due for a third time.
