This article happened to come across my news feed and I thought others might find it interesting. Especially if you are planning to travel to those areas.

1. The Magic Castle, Los Angeles, California
2. House of Cards, Nashville, Tennessee
3. The Great Magic Hall, Kissimmee, Florida
4. Chicago Magic Lounge, Chicago, Illinois
5. Mystique Dining, Folsom, California, and West Jordan, Utah

Some of these are not magic clubs as we might think of magic clubs.
3. The Great Magic Hall, Kissimmee, Florida for instance might be a place you can pay to visit and see magic but the actual magic club in that area is the combined IBM/SAM club that meets at an IHOP. Next meeting is Feb 20th and T. C. Tahoe is lecturing.

Several venues around Orlando one can pay to see magic.

I recently joined the Round Table at the Chicago Magic Lounge. Membership allows you to see a show for free if they're not sold out or to get discounted tickets otherwise. You get discounts on food and access to the Q&A sessions after the shows as well as some other perks.

My first visit to the new venue was last Thursday. Jared Kopf was the headliner and he killed. The Q&A was amazing. I had seen Jared lecture years ago at Dan Block's Buffalo Get Together. He has really come a long way since then. The Q&A alone was worth the 90 minute drive from Indiana.

The new venue is fantastic too! Check out their page at: http://www.chicagomagiclounge.com

If you're in Chicago, visiting the Magic Lounge is a must.

I had the pleasure of attending a meeting of that club a couple of years ago - one of the most welcoming, friendly groups around.  If I get back to that part of Florida I will definitely visit again.
