Hi Fellas, This isn't anything earth shattering, but I did find the method behind this interesting. I'd never seen it before. No strings or magnets used. Just a little something that most of you have in your magic drawer.

I must confess that I cheated just a little bit to fool you guys. But I assure you that what you saw, is what your spectators will experience. In particular, I’m talking about how that signed card got into the necessary position for this effect to work. The second thing I will tell you is that this card rise is accomplished with double stick tape. What the?

LOL, Don't remember that one, I'll be taking the book back off the shelf! Thanks Rudy.

Glad you like it, Paul. Again, nothing earth shattering, but it's such an interesting way of accomplishing that effect. I'm going to try it out in the real world and see what kind of reaction that it gets. Rudy

The routine I most used from the book was the author's "Pressing On" p.35. However, I had the packet on the face of the deck and via a reverse fan, Hindu Shuffle etc. led people to believe it was a blank deck. I then cut the packet from the face of the deck (a wrist kill action as the deck is tabled). After the aces have been printed the packet is waved over the deck and the spectator discovers the deck has been printed as I palmed off and pocketed the gaff. I introduced the 'unprinted" deck as a practice deck, for magicians to practice their 'moves' cost effectively 😉 . I also used Thomas Waldeck's routine on p. 192
