As posted in t his thread , I'm looking for some videos on youtube for some high school students I'm helping get started with card magic. They are starting from zero, and I am already providing them with some teaching materials so they can learn some basic card tricks.magicfish has made the excellent suggestion that it's important for beginners to realize that performing strong magic takes time, effort, and practice, and that an excellent way to use Youtube is to show them some performances of the Masters performing card magic. That way they can see the highest degree of excellence, and see what beautiful magic at the highest level really looks like. I'd love to be able to give them some suggested video clips that are perfect examples of this, and that's what this thread is about. What youtube videos would you suggest that I point them to? I've listed a few of my own favourites to get things started, but I'm sure that there are many others, and perhaps even better suggestions?Tommy Wonder performing Tamed Cards
Harry Lorayne performing Magician vs Gambler
Alex Elmsley performing Dazzle
Bill Malone performing Ultimate Three Card Monte

Here's a performance I quite enjoyed when I was starting out:
You can create a playlist of these, might make it easier to share around.

While also not card magic, here's a performance I watch every time I start getting big headed.
Very humbling.

Ed Kwon has been mentioned here before, but it fits so well here. His Castle act is based solely on Dai Vernon material and done with ungimmicked coins and cards. If I have a problem with some of the videos here, is a number of them rely on gimmicked cards. Not sure that's the best place to start. Anyway, here's the Kwon video again.
PS If anyone is so inclined, I recommend his recent interview on Discourse In Magic . He was willing to really pay the price .
