Not a memorized deck effect but just wanted to add Pit's book Card Fictions has one of my most favorite tricks in it called Finger Flicker. I'm sure most of you know it already but what a great effect to do with a deck of cards.

I just had a look at the Poker Formulas YouTube video. There seems to be 4 or 5 push-off seconds? Am I mistaken. If that's the case, it won't be such an easy effect to perform.
