I think using 3 different coins for Coins Across is my favorite approach.  There are many handlings out there, but here is my own attempt.

I'd love any feedback...

Very nice, smooth, natural. It's obvious you've been taking the recommendations here to heart. I think using three different coins is a great idea. It adds clarity of effect, which is arguably the most important thing.

My only recommendation is that whenever possible the hands should never touch or get any closer than required prior to the travel of a coin. Right before the first travel of the silver coin you pointed to it so close to be almost touching it. The hands should never be that close, and if I suspect you're method correctly they don't need to be. It only opens a path to a solution that doesn't need to exist.
