Just wanted to let everyone know that this weekend the entire Reel Magic On Demand catalogue will be available for free.  For further details go to http://www.reelmagicmagazine.com/index.php/coming-soon-trailer.html

This along with the lecture on Saturday and I'll be binge watching magic all weekend!

This should be fun. Maybe if someone sees something they really liked they can post the name of the trick or magician in this thread.

That's a good idea!

This is an excellent promotion and I hope it pays off in lots of new subscriptions for Reel Magic.

I just tried to login and all I see is a blank screen - has anyone been able to access the Reel Magic site?

Robin,

I've had no problems accessing the full site with the username and password provided. Hope your issue clears soon!

Just started watching these. One thing I liked so far is in Issue 44 called the Turnaround Swivel Pass by Dan Fleshman.

Issue 42 has a nice card control to the top. I remember reading it in Apocalypse a long time ago called the Swivel Cut by Gilles Couture.

Saw that too. A bit quirky, but he sure made it look good, didn't he?!

Some of the Trio and Tuesday Night Tricks vids contain some nice tricks.

I particularly enjoyed the interview with Rob Zabrecky by John Lovick. Lots of good advice and food for thought.

Lots to see...

One I really liked which I never saw before was a small packet OOTW that uses only 20 cards called Blah, Blah, Blah by Jon Armstrong. I know it's been out for a while. Easy and a fooler.

Yes I have been doing that for a while - it's great.

BTW I took Kozmo up on the offer of "one free month if you sign up for Reel Magic On Demand" before Shoot Ogawa's lecture tomorrow.  It turns out there is a ton of extra content that is not included in any of the numbered issues: tricks and explanations, interviews, lecture notes, recorded lectures, mini-courses and more.

With one free month and the ability to cancel at any time, this seems like a no-brainer.  The refund for the first month came through within minutes.

After signing up for Kozmo's deal I spent some time last night watching Doc Eason's lecture and can honestly say that I have already more than recouped by subscription fee. There's an awful lot of excellent material on the site and the monthly $5.00 subscription fee is a bargain.

Hey Guys....
So what can I do to make this better? What can I do to get you to subscribe?
And if you a subscriber have you checked out the Marketplace?

Kozmo, I am still a subscriber and still consider the site a bargain. So much great content that it is easy to get lost in there! I have checked out the marketplace, but have not spent enough time there to offer an opinion. Why? Not sure. Will take another look soon.

Hey Kozmo - I promote reelmagicmagazine as the best value in magic all the time. As you know, I have no financial interest in the site. I'm just a "true believer."

I got my money's worth when I had an upcoming Wedding gig and knew that I should perform Anniversary Waltz. I knew that Doc's handling was available on your site and went directly there. That's a little nugget of gold! I got a $50 tip when I performed it.

David Regal's reviews are not only hilarious but greatly informative. He's refreshingly honest. And Garrett's column is always great.

What are you guys waiting for??

Mike

I'm a subscriber and been having great fun this week with Curtis Cam's Ring on Wand from his lecture. In Curtis' hands great piece of pure magic.

Thanks again Kozmo, the best deal in magic indeed!
