I'd like to have a session this Saturday at 2pm (Pacific) with those of you who would like to learn the Tamariz stack. I'll be showing you some of the memory techniques that I learned from Harry's book. He's granted me permission to share this with you.

Learning the stack isn't as difficult as you'd think. I'd be willing to bet that we can get you well on your way to memorizing the deck in about an hour! Register at the following living if you'd like to attend...

See you then!

Rudy

Thanks for this!

I've been trying to memorize the Aronson Stack for years and I almost got about half way through once but stopped doing it and I already forgot everything I had learnt. This is something one has to practice/do constantly to have it in our brains... So I hope this session gives me the tools to finally memorize a stack.

Rudy, do you use Phoenix decks?

They have a feature(s) you may like when using the Tamariz stack...

I'm so glad that you can make it, Luigimar. I hope that we can help you finally get a stack memorized.

I don't use the Phoenix decks. I rip cards and have them signed too often.
I buy Bicycle decks by the carton and have more than 100 decks here at my house [smile]

We will be traveling for the 4th, but I would have loved to be involved in this. If you do it again in the future, please let me know.

I hope that you're looking forward to our session on the memorized deck this Saturday!

I truly believe that memorizing a stack is not as difficult as people imagine it to be. The techniques that I learned from Harry Lorayne's books enabled me to learn the Tamariz stack backwards and forwards in about two weeks time. Others may learn it much faster than that!

The powerful effects that you can do with a memorized deck make it well worth the bit of effort that it takes to commit a stack to memory.

A whole new world of magic is about to be opened for you! I hope that you're excited!

See you Saturday.

Hope you can help me make sense of a peg system.  I can't for one second wrap my head around it, truthfully (to me) seems like another layer of something to memorize.  Not that it hasn't worked for 1000's, just my brain doesn't work that way.  I have better luck with the math/rules stacks.  Believe me I've tried.

I feel that if I can learn it, anyone can.

I didn't graduate high school and I'm an unlearned man [smile]

You can do it, Tom!

I was hoping to make this because I have a real mental roadblock in memorizing stacks. I have a system worked out for The Hacker Stack, but it's still not automatic like I've seen it performed.

Unfortunately, I just found out that we've got 4pm dinner plans with my in-laws. They are taking my wife out for her birthday which was on 6/26. I was hoping maybe it would be lunch plans and I'd be back in time to catch this. But it didn't work out that way.

So, I would appreciate some post session chatter on this thread about what you learned (if that's allowed). If not... Maybe there will be another.

Sorry that you can't make it, Dan.

I most definitely would encourage some post session discussion here in this section.

I hope you have a great time with your family.

I just sent all of our registrants an important document that we'll be using to learn the stack.

If you didn't receive it, please check you spam folder.

See you all soon!

I'm sorry that I cannot make it. Although I do not work with stacks, I feel that learning the memory techniques Rudy will be teaching can help in all of magic and not just memorizing stacks. So if you can make the session, I urge you to do so.

Thank you Rudy for offering up this invaluable information. Just wish I could be there.

Have fun everyone.

Just saw this thread and wanted to straighten out one of the remarks. Tom G, talking about my memory training systems wrote "...Not that it hasn't worked for 1000s."  I just want to let you know, Tom, that you omitted some zeros. My memory training systems have worked for quite a few 1,000,000s!!

Thanks bro.

I got home at about 11pm last night and saw your message about an impromptu session. Sorry I missed the opportunity. I always learn something valuable from you.

Let's get together this week, ok?

Rudy

It's going to take some work , but I feel that I can do it. You can do miracles with a stacked deck.

Thanks for the video session Rudy!
