Hi Everyone,
As it's been out a while now, what are people's thoughts on Sucker Punch, a year down the line? I'm very tempted to get a set as a first foray into coin magic but have read very mixed reviews about it. As a starter set, it looks great value for money but there is little point getting it if the quality isn't right up there.
Thanks,
Simon.

Wasn't aware of the trick and had to look it up. Appears similar to a set Johnson Products used to sell back in the 70s using colored chips. I bought the Johnson set and used it. Don't recall why I gave it up or where the set went. Went to the Johnson site and it looks like it is no longer manufactured. The reviews for Sucker Punch over at the Frozen Bird trend toward the negative, which may mean nothing.

Well, Santa was kind to me this year and left me Sucker Punch under the tree. I've only just started having a play with it but I think it's great for someone new to coin magic. This is the Sun and Moon effect.

Nice and smooth considering you just got it. One note is to watch your angles. The camera being flat on to the edges isn't the best view for this. Although that's probably only really an issue when doing a color change. Luckily the quality of the video hides most of what it could be showing. I'm interested to see if the future what you can do with this.
