I have a problem reading the forum, and I'm trying to determine whether it's me, (I have a vision impairment), the settings on my iPad, or if it's just the way that the forum comes through.
The copy with the white background comes through very light because of the color of the print against the white background, the fineness of the print, and the size of the print.
It could be my vision, and it could be my electronics .... ?

Try adjusting the brightness of your device. That may be the problem.
But....the typeface is rather fine. So it's partially the font, partially your eyes and possibly partially your device.
Of course, I'm just guessing here.

Would increasing the font size help at all?

This is fine. I can enlarge it on the devise. The index is the toughest for me to read.
I was more curious than anything else. I'm going to bring the pad into Apple for something else, and see what adjustments they can make.

Font rendering problems can also be due to your browser.  I use Firefox - it works well on all operating systems, including Linux.

Thanks Robin. I used Foxfire prior to going over to Apple. I liked it, and will try it on here.
