Aw man, that was ballsy. Reminds me of something Steve Beam published in Semi-Automatic Card Tricks. Attitude is everything, huh?

Tommy,

I wish I could handle cards the way Allan does.

Here's Allan when he lectured at the shop. Standing next to him is Rich Gilbert. I think that was around 1990.

It's funny. Watching it the first time, it fooled the heck out of me but after reading the comments I figured I missed something. I see it now.

Allan lectured on this last weekend during our online convention. His thoughts and move updates on his additions to Larry Jennings move are very valuable!

The move in question is the first item in Allan's new note, "Card Theater." It's called "The Blackjack Roll." The Hamman Cull is also in the notes. What a great culling technique - bold and easy. "The Bottom Deal Exchange" is worth the price of the notes. Much gold in "Card Theater."

Possibly "The Unopened Prediction" in book one. Not the same, but as you note, reminiscent.

That's the one. I knew it was in there, but hadn't taken the time to look since posting here. Thanks for the reference, Al!
