This was an impulse buy. I read and watched so many wonderful reviews about it without considering when I would really do this.

I came up with a presentational idea. I thought that I can talk about how a magician has to build up his skills in order to become a great magician.

I would then use each component of the Balance set to perform a simple trick. Use centrifugal force to spin the toothbrush on my finger, give the illusion that the pencil is made of rubber, do a cap in bottle routine with the Gatorade bottle, vanish the crayon (using that old method of putting wax behind my thumb), Anyway, you get the point.

"Balance" is beautifully made. Everything from the box that it comes in, to the gaffs...it's stunning. The thing is, I just don't think that I'll use it. When it comes down to it, I'm more of a close up, strolling magician kind of guy.

I bought it for $250, one of you luck guys will save quite a few bucks because I'm going to sell it for $175 and cover the shipping cost (USA).

It's brand new and hasn't been used apart from me taking a look at the contents inside.

Who wants it?

Rudy, not so fast.

I’ve seen your presentations to your congregation. While I know you do a lot of strolling gigs… I think you have tremendous potential as a parlor/stage performer.

Balance is tremendously unique and highly visual. With the routine you’ve described… I’d recommend you hang onto Balance and consider building a parlor act around it along with some of the effects you’ve chosen to perform at church.

I imagine you might also be able to build a sermon around the importance of balance in one’s daily life.

Just my two cents.

Thanks Steve. I appreciate your vote of confidence!

I'll give folks until next Friday to take me up on this offer. If I don't get any takers, I'll keep it and work toward creating a routine for it.

I hope that you're doing well, bro.

Rudy
