Hi Guys

Not going to give you some slick marketing baloney, but if you love strong and practical card work, I think my new book is worthy of your attention.

Best Wishes

John

Anxiously awaiting my copy. Should arrive any day now. Service was prompt; John notified me the day after I placed my order that he'd posted the package. And I don't know if John is still offering the "bonus" items when ordering the book, but they made the purchase a bona fide bargain. A steal, even.

Guys, there is nothing to even think about here. This is a brilliant book. And if the offer still stands, then why are you reading this and not on John's site, ordering?
Honestly, this plus his other ebooks is an insane bargain. Clear and concise magic, up there with the best of them.

Your blatant plugs are welcome here, John. I plan on buying your book soon.

I just purchased a couple of books by David Regal as well as an extra copy of Quantum Leaps, so I've got to ease up a bit.

I have John's books... Streamlined, Carey Files 1 and Minimalistica.  I plan on getting his new book soon.

Three of his tricks I do all the time with great reactions... "Homage to Fechter", "Sticking up for Larry" and "Balducci as I Balducci".  John has really honed some workers there.

John's books are commercial, clearly spelled out, cutting out un-neccesary moves and easy to read.  He has a wide variety of cards plots.  He's a wonderful card guy and writer and his work would make the Queen quite proud!

I highly recommend anything by John Carey.

If it's anything like the material you've been giving us for free recently, I'm sure it would be worth it! And I'm sure it's even better.

My copy arrived yesterday and after just a short stroll through the table of contents and first several effects, I can tell this is another winner. Even some nice mental magic is included.

Thanks, John!

Despite the title, there are several non-card items in John's new book. One, Equicoins, is worth your attention. It's a little mental miracle using five coins, a purse, and a prediction. For my script I used an old-fashioned men's coin purse, properly called a coin wallet, creating an artifact from the past. The coins are an artifact of the present, and the prediction, of course, an artifact of the future.

Nothing wrong with John's script, but it's always nice to personalize effects you plan on carrying with you. And Equicoins will be one of those effects for me.
