For those that work festivals as a strolling magician, what do you perform on?

I started with an inStand computer table. It's light and easy to carry around. I had a custom closeup pad made by Pattrick's Close Up Pads to the exact size needed.

Lately I"ve modified my approach.
If I know I'm going to be in one spot, I bring the inStand table. I think having a table adds eye candy and helps draw a crowd.

If I'm strolling and moving around I bring a set where I can work just in my hands or have a spectator hold onto something.

There are one or two events where I know that they have picnic benches. For those, I work in the hands but have a closeup mat to do something at the benches.

In restaurants and festivals I only work out of my pockets.

If I need a table when working a strolling gig, I just use a small folding table I found at a thrift store. It's sturdy, good height, lightweight and looks nice.

Mostly however I just work out of my pockets.
