Hard Cover, spiral bound, 215 pages, 1973 first edition.  In pretty good shape considering its age.  All pages intact.

Here’s a list of the contents:

https://www.conjuringarchive.com/list/book/112

eBay lists a copy for $298 and Amazon has one for $199.

My price is only $100 with free shipping in USA.  PayPal only.

That's a tall order. Tom.  I'm "unplugged", i.e. I don't have a cell phone or any other devices.  Will have to dig up and recharge my old camera.

But I will take some pics and post them here.  Or, if that doesn't work, email them to you.  Just need a little time to find that camera and recharge ...

No super worries.  I just bought one on AbeBooks.com.  It shows some wear, but it does have a Peter Kane autograph.
Someday, I will maybe get a collector's quality version.

Tom

Pics now available upon request ...

Tom, I'd be curious to know what you paid for your copy.  Abebooks.com currently has one for @225.

I posted it here.

I've been looking for this book for a while, just waiting for the right price.  I had seen some that were in the $150-$225+ range for good condition ones.  Then I had found one on https://www.abebooks.com for $35 but in not so good condition, and they messaged me back saying they actually couldn't find the book anymore.  OK.
Then I found another one on the same site listed for $70 in fair condition.  I was going to get it for that price, but then I just checked earlier this week and they dropped it down to $52.50 + shipping and tax.  Yee haa!
For this price, I think it's in decent condition, but I didn't specifically buy it to be a high-end collector's piece, rather I bought it just to have it.

Pics are in the link, if you want to see the condition of the one I got.

Thanks for the link, Tom.  You got an amazing deal!  Although your purchase is, judging by the photos, not in particularly good shape.

Yeah, it's not the greatest, but it's better than what I had (which was none).
I haven't flipped through every page, but overall the pages look to be decent condition.
