The Commercial Magic of J.C Wagner was one of the first magic books I purchased.  There are a number of brilliant ideas, and tricks within its pages, but I really like J.C's Fabulous Four Ace Routine.  Perhaps you'll enjoy it too.

J.C's Fab Four Revisited is the one routine from that book which remains in my repertoire today.
Great call Socrates.

Indeed it's a wonderful routine. I miss J.C. a creative force indeed.

I won my first magic competition doing Wagner's Super Closer a couple decades ago.
(Pg. 23 in Commercial Magic)

There were a couple guys doing knuckle-busting effects, and boy were they less than pleased.

Muahahahaha,

J C has a ton of great effects.  He was a really nice guy to boot.

All of his material is great, perfect for the workers out there. I particularly enjoy the section on Estimation, full of miracle effects.

And the super closer Dave Berkompass speaks of is a winner... quite literally in his case.

I used to perform "J.C.'s Fabulous Four Ace Routine" a lot after the book came out, easily the routine I used most from the book.

Fantastic book, "Commercial Magic of J.C. Wagner".  The four ace routine is a sure winner.  Let me add these favorites from the book, as well:

Prediction Out of This World
J.C.'s Super Closer
Sweepstack
Simplex Lie Speller

I know a lot of magicians tend to dislike spelling effects, but the way "Lie Speller" is routined makes this a great trick, in my opinion.  I've always found it to be really entertaining for people.

I used a slightly modified version of Super Closer to end my "audition" performance for the Vancouver Ring back in 1992.  Afterwards some of the established members told me they admired the skill with which I culled the cards.  I said thanks and smiled that inner smile of total satisfaction.

J.C.'s Fabulous 4 Ace Routine is a variation of the Henry Christ routine (Henry Christ's Fabulous Ace Routine) from the Cliff Green book, Professional Card Magic. It's good to check out the original. Several people have tweaked it in various ways. I think Bill Malone may have a tweak.

John Bannon's version "Beyond Fabulous" is great.

J.C.'s Royal Detectives is also very good. What a great book.
