I saw a lecture on Penguin Magic. A chosen signed card appeared attached to a flip pad that another spectator was using to read instructions from. He also did a nice himber wallet routine where the chosen card kept appearing in the wallet.
I don't remember his name. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks RayJ. The Himber Wallet routine used a DF card.

Maybe you were talking about Jose Carroll's "Instructions" from "52 Lovers"?
