What close-up magic tricks would you perform for a blind person? Please, do not give me tricks that take advantage of the person's disability to fool them. Instead, assume that there are seeing people also at the table and you must fool them as well.

Tricks where sense of touch come to mind. Let them feel a dollar bill then change to coins in their hand.

There used to be a monte-style effect with little balls that made noise. Perhaps you could make sound transfer from one ball to another.

Let them experience magic with the senses they do have.

You may want to check out a Spanish magician named Juan Esteban Varela, who performs blindfolded and with his audience blindfolded as well.

I found this video. Like I said, let them experience magic with the senses they do have.

I think you could do something where you cause an ordinary object to heat up. Maybe there is something you could do with taste? Like making a cupcake in a dove pan? Take the ingredients and let them pour them into the pan then give them the cake or cupcake to enjoy. After all, they helped make it!

Hi Bill, if you haven’t already, have a look at this thread from a couple of years back. The video in my first post might give you some ideas.
