Magic Warehouse has a great sale going on. There are loads of excellent books at 68% off. Also DVDs, tricks et al. Be warned that if you check it out, you'll likely be pulling out your credit card down the way. I got out for only $50. Be careful!

BTW - I have no financial or friendship relationship with these guys.

Thanks for alerting us to this, Mike, but I'm with Dave on this one. Way too much in Tesseract to keep me occupied without the distraction of new stuff!

If I had any money, I immediately wouldn't have any money again.

As it is, I'm safe. Whew. Close call.

Arthur, your level of self-control is amazing! You must not have gone through more than 1 or 2 pages. If you'd have looked at 10 full pages or more, the temptation would have overwhelmed you. Or else you have superhuman self-control or perhaps already own one of every book and trick ever created.

Mike -- I looked at probably less than 10 pages, but more than a few -- but thought about that bunch of stuff I'd just gotten from you a week or so ago, and a backlog of other things, and just stifled the urge to continue and said no... although it was not easy πŸ˜‰

Having had to put the kibosh on buying magic for quite sometimes because of personal reasons, I have to say that it really felt good to be buying some again.

Mind you, it's not because I NEED anything but like the character played by Mel Gibson in Conspiracy Theory where he had to buy copies of A Catcher in the Rye, I don't feel good not buying magic. It's almost an addiction.

I believe the first step is acceptance.....

Okay, Robin's not the only one with an addiction. Clicking through some - several? lots? - of pages, I came across Peter Duffie's Card Magic USA, an ebook that's been on my wish list for years, at an unbelievable price, and couldn't keeping my finger from clicking on Add to Cart. From there I don't remember much, except now the book is in my e-library. Is that what they call a black out?!

But I did stop there, so there's that...

It’s a more practical reason than that, Mike!

Not only do I have your new book Tesseract, in the past year I also purchased Jaw Droppers Two, Me, My Cards and I, Less Is More, Mentalissimo, Worlds Beyond, and the Aretology of Vanni Bossi … none of which I’ve had the time to delve into deeply yet!

... and I fully intend to do just that before purchasing anything new.

I picked this up a few years ago - it's got a ton of material.  I'd be interested to know what you think of it once you've had a chance to check it out.
