Some may remember last years Magic Master Summit, well David DaVinci is doing it AGAIN. A free online convention with great lectures, free providing you sign up over the next few weeks. The web page for it is here:

Last year was really good. I'm looking forward to this year's presentations too.

That's where the guy performs. It's not WHERE the summit is.
The summit is online.

The way it worked last year, from what I remember, is that they taped these sessions. Then they were available to view online, for free, for a limited period of time (maybe 24 hours) before another video or videos took it's place.

When it was over, he offered access to the entire summit for a certain price and then later he offered individual ones for another price, just in case you wanted to have this or in case you missed a part here or there.

I am registered as well. Probably should've sent along a "thank you" to Paul. Without his post I would have been unaware of the event.

Not watched all these of course, just picked a few. My favorite so far has been Eric Bedard. Not that I'm going to follow his tips on trying to entertain celebrities, but for the other gems in the talk, the stories and trick ideas. For trade show/corporate  workers his way of using "Anniversary Waltz" is gold. Fun to listen to.

I agree with Paul, Eric Bedard's was the best so far.

I also enjoyed Michael Finney's lecture. Talk about packing small and playing big. His advice on writing comedy was the crack that I needed to get some insight. I've been writing some jokes for an upcoming after Thanksgiving burlesque show that I'll be emceeing.

Some other lectures are more like "You can make more money if you use my services."

I haven't caught them all. I'm watching the ones that interest me the most. Tonight is going to be rough because we're going to see Adam Trent. But, if the topics are good, it will be another night of watching, and as it gets later; watching, falling asleep, rewinding, (repeat).

My favorite lecture today was Fielding West. Apart from his I only fast forwarded through a couple of others today.
