While this has been discussed a number of times, it bears repeating.  Denis Behr, a very talented magician in his own right, from Germany, has blessed the community with a resource called Conjuring Archive.

When you are thinking about a move and where it is referenced, give it a try.  When you want to see what is in a book, give it a try.  When you just want to see what a particular author has published, give it a try.  You won't be sorry.

In addition to the dry information, Denis also contributes comments at times and also mentions variations, by whom and where to find them.

It is great if you want to properly attribute a trick, a move or a publication.

Thought it was a good time for a reminder as we have lots of new members here.

It's also worth mentioning that Denis has said in the past that he would love to get contributions from others.  The problem is that very few people realize how much time and effort it takes to catalogue information as thoroughly as he does - apparently many people have volunteered but most give up.

If you use the archive, as I do, it's a nice gesture to shoot Denis a few bucks via PayPal. I always buy him a couple of beers on his birthday. The amount of time I have saved looking for something in my library has been large. Bingo! There it is, thanks to Denis.
