You can buy a couple of items, very cheap, from wholesalesuppliesplus.com (we're talking less than 10 cents a shot).  Only additional equipment needed is a hair dryer.  Originally intended for wrapping artisanal soap.

First are shrink wrap bands 102x102 mm.  These won't cover the tops and bottoms of the decks really, they're a little too short. Upside: They have perforations that make a very satisfying and convincing "brrrrt" sound when you open them.

Second is shrink wrap flat bags 4x6 inches.  These will cover the whole box, but don't have the perforations.

Since you're just using a hairdryer, I advise starting on the back of the deck and have most of the shrink wrinkling occur there.  The sides and front will only need a quick pass and be pretty smooth.  They won't stand up to close inspection, so just rip it off quickly and stuff it in your pocket.

Nice find!  I've been able to gently pull open and slice the glue of the bottom of the wrapper as well as the bottom flaps of the box.
That way you retain the original pull-strip (depending what brand of cards)
Then, I do the dirty work, and glue everything back together in reverse.

What I'd like to know is if there's a way how to reseal a deck in shrink inside an impossible bottle!

I've got the part about getting the deck inside figured out, but it would be nice to be able to finish this off by getting the deck shrink-wrapped inside as well.

impossible bottle
