He deserves kudos for the creative coin routines he creates. Sometimes it feels like we are so wrapped up in card magic that we sometimes overlook the other close-up magic that can diversify our acts...coins, cups and balls, and rope magic are just a few examples of classic close-up magic that never seem to get the spotlight card magic does.

Rick's humble personality and expertise with coins will continue to impress folks at all levels of magic. I look forward to seeing him continue to make an impression on the community and to inspire magicians to put down their decks for a few minutes and learn some great coin magic!

Rick's been busy! He also recently released something called the Sly Palm on Jeff Copeland's website. Looks pretty interesting, but my coin work is basic, so I have no need to delve much deeper than BoBo or Kauffman's Coin Magic for my needs. I have always been impressed with the work Rick has shared with us and wish him all the best.

Hey guys! Just saw this, thanks for checking out the trick in Genii!
And yes, I have a new project coming out with Copeland Coins! It is available right now, but the official launch will be this Friday the 13th(muahaha)

Check the trailer here:

Basically, this is a new way to hide a coin, but the project goes far beyond that. It's a comprehensive utlility system revolving around a new palm/grip. I teach vanishes, productions, color changes, steals, and a click pass.

It's so versatile you can just plug it into things you already perform or new routines you might learn.

I also give you a couple of routines to get you going on how to incorporate Sly Palm. One of them is my version of Roth's 'Hanging Coins' plot.

Go check it out!

I just barely started watching Sly Palm -- but have to say I like it!

Good stuff from Rick, and Jeff's audio/visual work is awesome as usual
