Thanks rready! Exchange Poker is very cool indeed! If you like the exchange idea, check out Stuart James' "Pokericulum." In this routine there are six players, counting the dealer. You deal four cards to each player. Then, any player can exchange his hand with your hand. Then, another player can decide to take your new hand in exchange for his. This exchanging can go on as long as you want. Anyone can take your current hand for theirs.

Now you deal the last card (fifth card) and you say that you will keep this card no matter what, but you'll allow any player to look through the deck to try to better his hand. Amazingly, no one can better his hand. There are a lot of good hands, but you win with a royal flush, a diamond flush or a full house. You can't control which one you get, though. I did this one at 4F and hit the royal flush! Everyone was totally fried. Much fun.

I have the Essential Stewart James book and I see it's in there. I'll look it over, thanks Mike.

Nice, Tony. A fun routine. I'm not a Poker player, nor do I know squat about games of chance, so tricks related to those themes don't appeal to me as a performer, but I do enjoy watching entertaining performances by others.

Favourites? Oh boy. 4 Second Wonder Revised- JawDroppers Snappy Flush Updated- JawDroppers Royal Spelling- (contributed by Harry in our secret session room and also in one the Jaw Droppers books) Take a Royal Five- JawDroppers And so many others. Many of Harry's excellent Royal Flush ideas are mentioned as Afterthoughts to different items. You don't always see them in the table of contents. Read his books cover to cover and you'll be in possession of powerful secrets that others just don't know. Good luck Logan! Oh, and don't overlook Paul Gordon's Head to Head Poker from Harry's BOF3

I couldn't say it better!  Probably a hundred or more effects/routines with royal flush endings, or "involvements" in my books. Ya' gotta' start reading the good stuff, guys!!
