The C270 I bought from Amazon.ca cost about $90 CDN so that's like $1.50 USD ... but I notice that a lot of the cameras are sold out (Zoom is taking over the world).  Maybe Amazon is jacking the prices of the ones they still have?

I also have de Logitech 920 and I got it at Best Buy for the equivalent of around $50 (dollars) about a year and a half ago and that cost includes bringing it to my country. I just looked for it and they don't have it anymore. I found it somewhere else and it costs double of what I paid.

Thanks again everyone for your interest. I just checked Amazon again and there are a few different prices for the Logitech c270 HD webcam. They must be from different sources. $85.99, $89.99, and not HD $114.99.
Some with free shipping and some with shipping charges.
119.99 was my mistake unless that source is not listed anymore.

My notes failed me. Someone was recommending, very highly, a couple of routines from Phil Goldstein's "Focus". It may well have been Mike Powers. Does anyone have that information?

Thanks......

The "general card" effect was a variation of Masque by Phil/Max and the effect 'Tearable' out of Phil's Focus book was mentioned.

Edit:  I should clarify that both effects are in the book 'Focus'.  It was mentioned by Mike that 'Masque' was offered as a separate publication but was also a part of the book.

I also mentioned Picasso Aces. I went through the routine the other day. It's very good. I had thought that it was a technicolor progressive aces. But it's not progressive. Just technicolor. Four red backed aces are each covered with three blue backed cards. The red ace vanishes from packet 1 and now there are two red aces in the leader packet. The red ace then vanishes from packet 2 and there are 3 in leader. The same happens with packet 3 ending with all four red aces in the leader packet. It cleans up nicely too. Very good routine.
